At Minarul Digital (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), we provide non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods. By purchasing any product from www.minaruldigital.com, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable once access to the digital product is provided—either via download link or email.

Due to the nature of digital content, once a product is delivered, there is no way to return it, and as such, we do not offer any refunds under normal circumstances. Any refund request or payment dispute will be automatically declined without further discussion.


Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to read and understand this policy before making a purchase. If our system logs show that a product has been accessed, downloaded, or used, no refund will be issued under any condition.


Download or Access Issues

If you face trouble downloading or accessing a product, you must notify us within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@minaruldigital.com.
If your request is found valid:

  • We may resend the product via email

  • Provide an alternative download method

  • Or, in rare cases, issue store credit

Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be considered.


File Unzipping Support

If you’re unable to unzip or open the files, please contact us immediately for assistance. We are happy to help you access the product, but this does not qualify as a refund condition.
